Purpose

Bath & North East Somerset Council has
decided to make the High Littleton and Hallatrow Neighbourhood Plan
part of the statutory Development Plan. This follows a successful
independent examination and a positive referendum result.

Decision

Bath & North East Somerset Council has
decided, on 14th June 2025, pursuant to Section 38A(4) of the
Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended), to formally
“make” the High Littleton and Hallatrow Neighbourhood
Plan.
The Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Bath &
North East Somerset and will be given full weight in the
determination of planning applications within the High Littleton
and Hallatrow Neighbourhood Area.

Alternative options considered

No other options considered as the Council has
a duty to support Neighbourhood Plans
