Purpose

This report requests the Leader of the Council
to authorise an additional project included in Round 17.
Additionally, it seeks approval for the initial three projects
submitted by The Bath Preservation Trust, which are funded by
allocations from Round 15.

Decision

(1) 
To agree the funding
allocation of £6,661 for Percy Community Centre Floodlights
Upgrade.
 
(2) 
To agree the release
of £20,000 to the Bath Preservation Trust for three projects
as part of the agreement.

Reasons for the decision

In the absence of a Parish Council for Bath,
the Bath and North East Somerset Council has a statutory
responsibility to allocate the local portion of CIL.

Alternative options considered

There are no other options available for
processing funding requests for Community Infrastructure Levy
Neighbourhood Fund for Bath.
