Purpose

To enable corporate estate data project
(building performance telemetry and diagnostics); to commission
Civitates to continue advisory and technical consultant support
(funding applications and design input); to complete stage 2 of
Pulteney Gate Hydro feasibility work; to set up budget for
feasibility work relating to renewables and building
decarbonisation pipeline; and to cover staff costs from the PMO for
Project Management of programme pipeline. Council Budget report,

Decision

To approve project set-up to the value of
£250,000 of the Decarbonisation Programme.

Alternative options considered

To rely on in-house expertise and not invest
in investigation and feasibility into building
decarbonisation.
