Purpose

The current programme runs for three years (01
April 2023 - 31 March 2026)

From April 2025 to the end of July 2025 2025 thirty-six project
payments totalling £24,111.50 were approved.

From £177,000 that has been made available for the three
years of this programme £94,761 remains available.

Decision

36 project payments totalling £24,111.50
were approved during from April 2025 to the end of July 2025.

All projects were submitted by B&NES Ward Councillors and
agreement to fund each project was given by David Dixon - Corporate
Engagement Manager.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - Agree the funding applications if
the criteria is met.
Option 2 - Reject the application if it did not fit the
criteria.
