It was noted that some redundant text appeared
which needed to be removed as it added nothing.

Decision

Under his authority to make minor amendments
to the Constitution, the Monitoring Officer agreed to remove the
bullet point below from Section 2.35 - C 'Heads of Services for
Property (Commercial & Corporate)' as it added nothing to the
subsequent bullet points;

• The following delegated authority from Council regarding the
management of council property assets, is to be set out within
section 4C of the delegation of specific functions to Officers as
may be varied from time to time within the Council’s
Constitution, is delegated as follows:
