Extend powers and duties relating to temporary
Traffic Regulation Orders and Notices to Public Rights of Way
Inspectors so that they are able to closure rights of way while out
on site if they are found to be unsafe.

Delegate powers and duties relating to
temporary Traffic Regulation Orders and Notices down to Public
Rights of Way Inspector. Changes to job titles have also been
updated.
