Purpose

To approve the capital budget for the
Englishcombe Lane Supported Housing Scheme for a 16-unit specialist
supported housing development, as delegated by previous Cabinet
decision E3633. The total Project Capital Cost is
£10,881,000, including approvals to date. The anticipated
Home England Grant has now been awarded and after tendering and
evaluation, contract award is pending.

£10,121,000 including Homes England Grant.
