Purpose

The current programme runs for three years (01
April 2023 - 31 March 2026)

In December 2025 thirteen project payments totalling
£4,525.29 were approved.

From £177,000 that has been made available for the three
years of this programme. As of 1st January 2026 £70,119.93
remains available for allocation.

Decision

Thirteen project payments totalling
£4,525.29 were approved during December 2025

All projects were submitted by B&NES Ward Councillors and
agreement to fund each project was given by David Dixon - Corporate
Engagement Manager.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - Agree the funding applications if
the criteria is met.
Option 2 - Reject the application if it did not fit the
criteria.
