Purpose

A minor amendment has been made by the
Monitoring Officer to clarify the definition of officer, within the
Constitution.

Decision

To amend the wording in the Glossary entry for
'Officer' from;

"A person employed by the Council to carry out the work of the
authority" to the new wording of "A person employed by the Council
to carry out work of the authority on a permanent, temporary,
interim or consultant basis."
