Purpose
Approval is being sought from Cabinet to
initiate the recommissioning of Learning Disabilities, Autism and
Neurodiversity (LDAN) services, Care Homes and Home Care services
within Bath and North East Somerset, with the aim of improving
outcomes for adults, ensuring sustainable and high-quality
provision, and responding to evolving demographic, financial, and
regulatory pressures.
Decision
(1)
To agree that the Strategic Commissioning Hub will
go out to the market to reprocure Learning Disability, Autism and
Neurodiversity Services.
(2)
To agree that the Strategic Commissioning Hub will
go out to the market to reprocure Care Home Services.
(3)
To agree that the Strategic Commissioning Hub
will go out to the market to reprocure Home Care Services.
(4)
To grant delegated authority to the Director of Adult Social Care
to approve contract awards in respect of the procurement activity
cited above.
