Purpose

Refresh and replace IT equipment so that it
meets the demands of Council staff and enables then to perform
their roles efficiently and effectively.

Decision

To uplift the 25/26 Capital budget by
£49k of £536k to commence replacement of IT
equipment.

Alternative options considered

Non replacement would mean that IT equipment
becomes unsupported and inefficient.
