Purpose

The current programme runs for three years (01
April 2023 - 31 March 2026)

In February 2026 nine project payments totalling £12,168.74
were approved.

From £177,000 that has been made available for the three
years of this programme.

Submission's for £15,772 have been received for projects that
are awaiting approval.

As of 1st March 2026 £38,934 remains available for
allocation.

Decision

Nine project payments totalling
£12,168.74 were approved during February 2026.

All projects were submitted by B&NES Ward Councillors and
agreement to fund each project was given by David Dixon - Corporate
Engagement Manager.

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - Agree the funding applications if
the criteria is met.
Option 2 - Reject the application if it did not fit the
criteria.
