Purpose

The executive member is asked to approve and adopt a revised Street Naming & Numbering Policy which has been made necessary by legislative change.

Decision

The Cabinet Member agrees that the revised policy shall be adopted.

Reasons for the decision

The policy needs to be updated to reflect legislative change, and to replace references to “Bath City Forum” with “Bath CIL Committee.

Alternative options considered

Due to legislative changes, there are no other options.
