The Cabinet Member for Built Environment, Housing and Sustainable Development approved £30,000 for the procurement of a vehicle for Parking Services. The Children, Adults, Health & Wellbeing Policy Development & Scrutiny Panel noted the work underway for three programmes: Be Well B&NES, social prescribing, and the sexual and reproductive health strategy. They also noted risks to the long-term sustainability of some interventions and supported the ambitions of each programme.

The Cabinet Member for Neighbourhood Services agreed to set the Fixed Penalty Notice charge for breach of Public Spaces Protection Orders at £100, with a reduced amount of £75 for early payment. This decision was made on 19/12/2024 to ensure transparency and act as a deterrent. The Director of People and Change, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member, will implement future changes to these charges.
