Purpose

To increase the approved capital budget by
£30k to complete repairs and tree works to a boundary wall at
Cleveland Pools due to increased costs. It will result in a safe
and easy to maintain boundary between Cleveland Pools and a
neighbouring property.

To fully approve capital amounting to
£30k from the capital programme for Corporate Estate Planned
Maintenance.
