To agree revisions to the Strategic
Performance Indicators as set out in the report.

Reasons for the decision

To demonstrate better alignment to the
Corporate Strategy 2023-27 and to provide a basis for assessing
performance against the delivery of that strategy.

Alternative options considered

Recommended indicators from Cabinet
have been evaluated for feasibility of reporting and proxies
recommended where data is not available. These indicators were
agreed by the Corporate Management Team (CMT) on 15/05/2024.
