Purpose

On 28th May 2024, Bath & North East
Somerset Council received a nomination under Section 89 of the
Localism Act 2011 (“the Act”) to list Bowdens of
Harptree, The High Street, West Harptree.
The nomination was submitted by West Harptree Parish Council.

Decision

Bowdens of Harptree was successfully nominated
for listing as an Asset of Community Value. The Register was
updated on the councils website.
