Purpose

To develop concept design and plans for
improvements to the Guildhall and Parkside corporate properties in
Bath in order to consolidate operational assets. This includes
appropriate planning permissions.

Decision

To approve capital budget of £60k funded
by capital receipts to develop the design and plans for
improvements to the Guildhall and Parkside corporate properties in
Bath.

Alternative options considered

We could do nothing but the planned works aim
for more efficient use of space and to reduce running
costs.
