Purpose

Deliver a series of improvements as outlined
in the DfE national initiative, for expansion of Early Years and
Wraparound Care Providers across BANES. Funding will be distributed
to the providers via a grant agreement for the providers to carry
out the capital works directly.

Decision

To fully approve £321,208 of capital
budget, fully funded by DfE Grant allocation and S106 Developer
Contributions, noting a balance of funding of £115,808
remaining after the first round of allocations
