That officers be authorised to engage directly with the Charity Commission and obtain legal and regulatory guidance on the tenancy arrangements relating to the four residential properties within Bedford Park and the status of Robinson Pool and associated land ownership arrangements, and report back to the Trustees with recommendations arising from that advice.
