Description of Decision

(1)  That the 2025/202 Annual Report and Financial Statements as set out in Appendix A of the report be approved for

  submission to the Charity Commission subject to an independent review of the accounts.

(2)  That the Service Director for Finance be delegated authority to make minor changes to the financial statement prior to

  submission to the Charity Commission if required following the external review.

Reason for Decision

To comply with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 to prepare and submit an Annual Report to the Charity Commission by 31 January following the end of the accounting period.
