The licence holder did not attend the hearing,
and as they had offered no explanation for their absence the
Sub-Committee agreed to consider the case in his absence.
 
The Chairman read the out the procedure to all
attendees.
 
The Environmental Health Manager presented his
report.
 
The Committee put questions to the
Environmental Health Manager.
 
The sub-committee retired from the meeting at
14:20pm to consider their decision.
 
The sub-committee reconvened the meeting at
15:18pm.
 
The Chairman, Cllr. Nick Chapman announced the
decision.
