Following the reading of the Notice convening
the meeting by the Chief Executive, there then followed prayers by
the Mayor’s Chaplain.  Apologies
were received from Councillors S. Ali, S. Brookfield, K. Fielding,
M. Gibson, A. Kapadia, V. McGurk, J. Rigby and M. Russell.
