(1) 
That the homelessness related grants provided to Blackburn with
Darwen for 2025/26 be noted and authority be granted for the
acceptance of the total revenue funding allocation of over
£1.8m.
 
(2) 
That the funding to be allocated and utilised, as proposed in the
report to enable the grants to be spent for their intended
purposes, including the establishment of a new BwD Homelessness Prevention Forum be approved.
