(1) 
That officers be authorised to take the necessary steps for the
Council to become a member of the City of Sanctuary Local Authority
network.
 
(2) 
That officers be authorised to work towards the Council applying
for the ‘Council of Sanctuary’ Award by commencing the
accreditation process.
