Purpose

An updated 2025/26 Highways Capital Programme
to include confirmed 24/25 year-end financials and addition of new
DfT funding since the previous report (ATE/BSIP/ITB)

Content

RESOLVED
 
(1) 
That the Department for Transport 2025/26 Local Transport Fund and
Integrated Transport Block be added to the Highways Capital
Programme.
 
(2) 
That subject to (1) above the apportionment of the 2025/26
Department for Transport Fund of £6.550m, as detailed in
Appendix A attached to the report, be approved.
 
(3) 
That subject to (1) above the apportionment of the 2025/26
Department for Transport Integrated Transport Block of
£1.435m, as detailed in Appendix A attached to the report, be
approved.
 
(4) 
That the supplementary schemes and the updated Highways Capital
Programme for 2025/26 be approved.
 
(5) 
That delegated authority be granted to the Strategic Director of
Growth and Development, in consultation with the Executive Member
for Growth and Development, to amend, seek and accept tenders
subject to adequate budget provision.
