That in pursuance of the power contained in
Regulation 4(2)(b) of the Local authorities (Executive
arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England)
Regulations 2012 public and press be excluded from the meeting
during the next item of business when it was likely, in view of the
nature of the proceedings or the business to be transacted that
there would be disclosure of exempt information relating to the
financial or business affairs of any particular person (including
the authority holding that information).
