RESOLVED
 
(1) 
That the Provider Selection Regime Process C (Direct Award) be used
to select the organisation which will provide Sexual Health
Services on behalf of the Council for up to 4 years from
1st April 2026.
 
(2) 
That the new contract for the provision of Sexual Health Services
in the Borough be awarded to Brook from 1st April 2026
(for 2+1+1 years).
