RESOLVED
 
(1) 
That the report be noted.
 
(2) 
That the development and implementation of leases for Darwen
hyouth Centre and Audley and Queens
Park Children’s Centre (Youth Areas) be approved.
 
(3) 
That the lease to the new Darwen Youth Centre to Blackburn and
Darwen Youth Zone be approved on a 15-year lease, subject to
agreement.
 
(4) 
That the lease to the newly renovated youth areas of Audley and
Queens Park Children’s Centre to Inspire, Motivate, Overcome
Charity be approved on a 10-year lease, subject to agreement.
 
(5) 
That the key principles of the leases, as outlined in section 3.2
of the report be noted and that delegated authority be granted to
the Strategic Director for Children’s Service and Education,
in conjunction with the Deputy Director of Legal and Governance and
the Strategic Director for Growth and Development to finalise with
the future tenants.
