RESOLVED
(1)
That the refreshed Customer Care Standards attached to the report
as Appendix 1 be approved.
(2)
That the Standards be published on the Council’s website and
be made available within public buildings.
(3)
That the refreshed Standards be incorporated in the customer
service training and that this be made available to all staff.
