RESOLVED
 
(1) 
That the outcome of the public consultation on the draft Local
Development Order, summarised in the accompanying Statement of
Consultation report, attached as Appendix 2, be noted.
 
(2) 
That the introduction of the Local Development Order to allow the
installation of electric vehicle charge points on front elevations
of properties without off street parking, without the need to apply
for planning permission, attached to the report as Appendix 1, be
approved.
