RESOLVED
 
(1) 
That it be agreed that the Blackburn with Darwen Enhanced
Partnership be revoked in accordance with the statutory scheme.

 
(2) 
That the immediate issue of a notice of proposal to revoke the
Blackburn with Darwen Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme, in line
with the revocation process as outlined within Appendix (A)
attached to the report, be approved.
 
(3) 
That in line with the proposed programme in paragraph 3.4 of the
report, officers be authorised to carry out all further required
actions to complete this process.
