RESOLVED

 
(1) 
That it be approved that the Motor Vehicle Service
Station at Davyfield Depot continue to carry out the MOT and
supplementary testing arrangements for the hackney carriage and
private hire vehicle fleet.

 
(2) 
That approval to undertake a further review of
testing provision for the hackney carriage and private hire vehicle
fleet in 3 years’ time, in 2028, be granted.
