RESOLVED

 
(1) 
That the proposed strategy for a direct contract
award to Lancashire and South Cumbria Foundation Trust, East
Lancashire Child and Adolescent Services, through the Provider
Selection Regime, with the contract to commence retrospectively on
1st July 2025 for a 3 year term with the option to
extend by 1 year + 1 year, subject to satisfactory service delivery
and budget, be approved.

 
(2) 
That the Strategic Director Children’s and
Education be granted delegated authority in consultation with the
Executive Member for Children, Young People and Education and the
Service Lead for Procurement to award the final contract following
the procurement process.
