RESOLVED
             
That the minutes be updated to
reflect that, in relation to the decision regarding
‘Development of New Household Waste Recycling Centre
(HWRC)’ (minute number 128), and following a request for a
call-in review it had been agreed that the implementation of this
decision be paused, pending and subject to a public consultation
with a further report to a future meeting of the Executive Board
which would detail the outcome of the consultation, and also cover
the wider aspects such as potential opportunities that Local
Government Reorganisation may bring in relation to HWRCs and waste
disposal functions that would be transferred to the new unitary
authorities.
 
Subject to this update, the
Minutes of the meeting held on the 11th December 2025 be approved as a
correct record and signed by the Chair.
