RESOLVED
 

(1)  
That the Council’s withdrawal from the current Regional
Adoption Agency (RAA) known as Adoption Now, and the formation of a
new RAA within the Pan Lancashire arrangements in alignment with
the fostering hub, Foster with Us, be agreed.

 

(2)  
That the Strategic Director of Children and Education be granted
delegated authority in consultation with the Executive Member for
Children, Young People and Education to agree the necessary
formalities for withdrawing from the current Regional Adoption
Agency (RAA) ‘Adoption Now’ and to enter into formal
agreements and arrangements with the new RAA – Adoption,
Lancashire, Blackpool.
