Development in consultation with the Chief Officer;
Approved the appointment of Paul Holman
Associates as Producers of the Christmas Pantomime
2026-2029. 
To allow the contract to be awarded and for
the production company to begin work with the Council to develop
and promote this year’s pantomime.
