Decision

(1)  That the proposed joint response from all Lancashire Councils to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, as attached as Appendix B, be approved.

(2)  That authority be delegated to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to finalise and submit the response to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
