Decision

RESOLVED

(1)  That the contents of the report, including the proposed Pride in Place Programme (PiPP) boundary extension, as attached in Annex 1, be noted.

(2)  That it be agreed that the Council may enter into any grant funding or other formal agreements required for the Pride in Place Programme and draw down the funding, and that the Council act as the accountable body.

(3)  That the Strategic Director of Growth and Development, in conjunction with the Director of Finance, be authorised to draw down up to £150,000 of Pride in Place Programme funding in 2026/27, which had been provided to the Council to help promote and develop the work of the Neighbourhood Board.

(4)  That it be noted that additional updates on general progress of the Pride in Place Programme, and more specifically on the discharge of the Council's responsibilities as the accountable body, would be submitted to the Executive Board.
