Decision

(1)  That the Quarter 4 performance, against the delivery of the Council’s Corporate Plan measures, as attached as Appendix 1, be noted.

(2)  That the improvement actions that have been taken where performance does not meet expectations, as attached as Appendix 2, be noted.
