Purpose

Following the completion of the first tranche of condition surveys, a building improvement programme has been established to de-risk the operational estate with the focus on essential maintenance and compliance works.

Decision

Decision made:

1)    That the Executive Member approves the proposed procurement strategy for the tendering exercise to obtain prices for the works.

2)    That the Executive Member delegates the authority to the Strategic Director of Growth & Development in consultation with the Executive Member for Growth and Development to award a contract to a contractor following the procurement process.
