That the Executive Member:

1)    Approved the project funded from secured Government Growth Funding to the maximum of £125,000.

2)    Delegated authority to the Director of Growth in consultation with the Executive Member for Growth and Development to deliver the procured works.

3)    Noted the Council is to work with interested community organisations to ensure the facility is used well by local residents.
