Purpose

To report the overall financial position of
the Council in respect of the capital programme as at 31st March
2024, highlighting key issues and explaining variations at the
year-end with regard to scheme under/overspends and slippage since
the last report to the Executive Board in February 2024.

The Executive Board is asked;
• to approve the revised capital
programme as per Appendix 1,
• to approve the variations to the
programme as outlined in the report and detailed in Appendix 2.
