RESOLVED – That the
Board;
 
a)   
Noted the development of plans to improve end of life care in
Blackburn with Darwen and across the wider Lancashire and South
Cumbria footprint.
b)   
Agreed to the establishment of a BwD Dying Well Steering Group - to
collaboratively refine the improvement plan for palliative and end
of life care and to oversee its delivery.
