Purpose

Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (L&SC ICB) have agreed to commission Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHT) to expand the Blackpool Parent Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) into Blackburn with Darwen (BwD), through a hub and spoke model. This model will involve a small satellite team of two parent-infant therapists working under Blackpool PAIRS but integrated with BwD services and hosted in BwD Family Hubs

Chief officer approval to contribute £60,371.25 to the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board to support the expansion of Blackpool Parent Infant Relationship service into Blackburn with Darwen Family hubs.
