Content

(1)        That the grant
provided to Blackburn with Darwen be noted and              
acceptance of the funding allocation of £561,000 be
authorised.
 
(2)        That authority
be granted to create a supplementary revenue                  
estimate equivalent to the grant and it be agreed that the funding
be   allocated and utilised as proposed
within the report to enable the               
grant to be spent for its intended purpose.
