Purpose

To seek authority to enter into
an agreement with DAC Beachcroft for their re-appointment to
provide of consultancy, support and instruction in respect of legal
services.
 

Decision

To approve the appointment of
DAC Beachcroft to assist legal services on an ad hoc basis with a
number of Council projects.
 
The appointment will be on a
fixed term basis for 36 months ending 20th January 2028.
