Purpose

To enable the procurement of
property consultants via competitive tender to provide a range of
services to support property acquisitions in the Central Housing
Regeneration Area. This will include preparatory work, negotiations
and acquisitions; it will include specialist support for any
subsequent Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) related work in in the
event it is required. This activity follows the Executive approval
of May 2024 (Decision EX16/2024).
 

Decision

To authorise the procurement of
property consultants via competitive tender to undertake
preparatory work, valuations, negotiations, acquisitions, potential
compulsory purchase order work and all other acquisition related
work in the Central Housing Regeneration Area.
