Purpose

A request has been made by
United Utilities to close a section of Stopford Avenue to allow for
the repair of a defective reinstatement in the
carriageway.
  

Decision

To authorise the Head of Legal to make an
appropriate order under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
to give effect to the proposals and to give the required
notices.
