Purpose

To approve the appointment of
Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Limited, via a
pre-enabling works contract, to continue as the main contractor for
the second stage tender process for the Multiversity
Campus

Decision

To
approve the appointment of Morgan Sindall Construction &
Infrastructure Limited (Morgan Sindall), via a pre-enabling works
contract, as the main contractor for the pre-enabling works in
advance of the second stage tender process for the Multiversity
Campus being completed.
 

To
authorise the Head of Legal Services to enter into any legal
contracts and or documentation required to implement this
decision.
