To seek authority to grant a
lease renewal to the operators of the Stanley Park Art Deco
café in line with the proposed Heads of Terms as attached at

To grant a lease renewal to the
operators of the Stanley Park Art Deco café for a term of
ten years to commence upon completion of the lease, in line with
the proposed Heads of Terms attached at Appendix A.
